About
Cabinet Consulting International des Oceans et l'Espace
A Research, Expertise and International Consulting Cabinet — specialised in oceans, space and the blue economy.
What we do
Three pillars of action
Applied Research
We conduct rigorous scientific research in law of the sea, blue economy, offshore law and space geostrategy. Our work feeds into concrete strategies for states, institutions and companies.
Expertise & Consulting
Our Cabinet intervenes on demand for strategic analyses, legal opinions, feasibility studies, maritime policy readings and operational consulting for any public or private entity.
Training & Capacity Building
Through its partnership with UCAC, the Cabinet offers degree programmes and tailored training for states, multinationals, NGOs and individuals — from certificate to doctorate.
Our approach
Transversal & operational
The ocean and space require a transdisciplinary approach. Our Cabinet moves fluidly between law, economics, geography, oceanography and history — because our objects of study demand it.
We do not produce reports that gather dust. We deliver executable strategies, actionable legal opinions, and training that transforms competencies into tangible results.
